ASC Administrator - NJ - The ASC Administrator will manage and direct the day-to-day operations of a high volume multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. 7 ORs and 2 Procedure Rooms, generating approximately 11,000 procedures annually. The ASC Administrator is responsibile for managing all aspects of HR and directing and supervising surgery center staff on a daily basis. Partnering with Medical Director will determine clinical goals and identifying resources to achieve established benchmarks. The ASC Administrator is responsible for managing and reporting all facets of accounting, quality improvement initiatives (patient care and work environment), purchasing and inventory, and insuring regulatory compliance.
